Personality: Eliene possesses a fiery attitude and is headstrong, As a child, Eliene was not fond of her role as the heir to the Adams dynasty. She was often seen by many, especially her family, as a tomboy and was sometimes mistaken for a domestic girl rather than a noble. As she matured her outspoken nature blossomed. Eliene also had a strong personality and possesses an extremely high IQ level. Unlike her brothers, Eliene spent her free time looking for adventure and sometimes rushed into things without thinking. Like her mother, Eliene avoided the corruption of politics, and instead concentrated on helping others.

Despite growing up in the peaceful city of Razalya, Eliene never became soft. Whenever possible, Eliene proved to be the leader that everyone was willing to follow. Her fierceness and determination for freedom inspired many. Eliene was known for having compassion for her friends, and would go to great lengths to help them, whenever she could.

Background: Eliene, grew up with several brothers and an adopted younger sister. Ever since being adopted by the Adams family, her younger sister was Eliene's best friend and companion. With a natural grace and poise, she was often mistaken for the heir of the Adams family by visitors, while the tomboy Eliene was regarded as a domestic girl.

Eliene exhibited little of the upper-class gentility, which was a constant source of despair to her aunts and her mother. Nevertheless, they were determined to turn her into what they called "a Proper Princess," and hired deportment teachers to drill into her a behavior fitting for the heir of an Ancient House.

One part of making her a lady was to learn how a noble dresses up and does her hair. According to her family's customs, Eliene's hair was allowed to grow long and arranged into elaborate hairstyles. To avoid the tiresome hairstyling, she even cut her hair once—only to be forced to wear a wig, even though she argued that she did not need earmuffs in the summer.

While Eliene disliked being "everyone's dress-up doll," her bright and outspoken nature blossomed out when she had a chance to learn diplomacy, government and languages. Like her mother before her, Eliene had the benefit of palace education: the best equipment and the finest tutors, among them Arv Larnia, who instructed her in politics and history, and La Volonte, the former handmaiden of her mother, who tutored her in matters of court etiquette and diplomacy.Wanting to expose her to as many experiences as possible, his father often took his daughter along to trips to other cities, where he frequently attended the Meetings as the representative of his noble house. About six years old at the time, the Meeting was an unforgettable experience for Eliene.

Besides receiving palace education, Eliene attended the Razalya Select Academy for Young Ladies under the tutelage of the strict Madame Vesta. Together with other daughters of other noble houses, Eliene learned etiquette, table manners and many other useful (and to her mind, rather boring) things that a lady needed to know. During this time, Eliene saw the downside of the upper class as well: one of her school friends used drugs, many of the girls had a condescending attitude towards ordinary people, and expensive parties were thrown in the court even though many were hungry and suffering.

Despite knowing that she was loved, Eliene sometimes felt an outsider to her family. Eliene always wished she had a brother or a sister who she could relate to, someone she could truly feel close to. In her growing years, she often felt that she was just slightly different, without exactly knowing how, and that a part of her was missing.

Her younger sister remained a comfort to Eliene, despite the differences in their personality. Though the pair's physical resemblance was tempered by her sister's stunning blonde hair, the two friends soon learned to employ similar looks for tactical advantage, a practice they would continue throughout their lives. She sometimes disguised herself as Eliene so that Eline could escape the noble Palace to create mischief and tinker with her beloved machine, JACK, who she had constructed from spare parts when she was 9.

Once she reached her adolescent years, Eliene became friends with Jake and Steven Marris. She and Steven fell in love soon after, but the relationship failed to last. Eliene and the Marris brothers would meet again later in her life.

Eliene showed promise in politics and from early on, Her father began grooming her to one day succeed him, encouraging her to attend noble debates and palace receptions for visiting personnel.

When Eliene was sixteen, she met Orile Tanic for the first time when he came to visit his father. She had heard a lot about the man from her father, none of it good. She instantly disliked him, maintaining that he represented everything that was wrong. Eliene was particularly disgusted with the idea of Tanic having a slave. She even dropped a water balloon on his head while "watering her plants." The visit made Eliene seriously contemplate what kind of world she lived in, and what she could do to change it.

At the age of 20, Eliene attended the University of Razalya together with her brothers and sisters.Eliene's genius and photographic memory, as her siblings would joke, was very useful with homework. Eliene also began training with Giles Duran, a mercenary her father had hired to teach her self-defense and marksmanship. True to her tomboyish nature, she enjoyed these lessons far more than those of Madame Vesta, and showed considerable talent in mechanical engineering.Around this time, Eliene began to realize that her father was preparing her for something more.

Among the old Houses, it was customary to bring the daughters to a meeting when they finished school at twenty three- or even twenty two, if the parents were ambitious—to start the long and complex search of a suitable groom candidate. The Princess's aunts would have been glad to see their niece marry someone from one of the other Ancient Houses; Eliene, however, regarded their heirs as "brainless twerps" and refused to be presented, not simply as a young girl in the Court marriage market. Her aunts were horrified, doubly so when Eliene ordered JACK to wound the guards that was supposed to escort her to the meeting.

At the age of 25, Eliene had created a reputation for herself as a engineering genius when she presented the robots she created to the public, earning her house widespread fame, and with fame, invited trouble. Rebels begun targeting the wealthy Adams family. The guards kept them safe for the most part, but Eliene knew better. Secretly, she trained herself, created weapons and war machines. Sure enough, when she was 26, her family was cornered by rebels when they were on their holiday. Only the intervention of Grif J Murdock and his squad saved her and her family from their fate. This was when she finally knew what she wanted to be. After witnessing the squad's arrest, She called in favours and located their location. Utilizing her contacts, she managed to sneak in the team's weapons. Once they escaped, Eliene left her family, and joined Grif's band of merry men and women full time.

Powers:

Genius-level Intellect: Eliene's most dangerous weapon is her genius-level intellect. shee is easily one of the top mortal minds on the planet. Eliene has constructed hundreds of devices, including massive war machines, devices which can imbue people with magic, and many types of robots. Her most frequently used robots are her JACKs. Mechanical marvels created from brass and armed with arm mounted cannons and wrist mounted switchblades. She specializes in physics, robotics, cybernetics, genetics, weapons technology and biochemistry. She also has natural talents for leadership, strategy, politics, and manipulation.

Highly Influential Connections: As once a noble, Eliene has access to a vast collection of magical artifacts, technological and military hardware.

Diplomatic Immunity: As the heir to the Adams dynasty, Eliene frequently visits the cities for political reasons. She enjoys diplomatic immunity during these trips.

Peak Human Strength: Eliene's mechanical implants increases her physical strength to levels beyond the natural limits of a woman of her weight and physical build. In fact, her strength is increased to the maximum of human potential, enabling her to lift approximately 800 lbs with maximum effort.

Superhuman Speed: Eliene's legs and lungs is similarly enhanced, though to levels that are slightly beyond the capabilities of the finest human athlete. Over short distances, she can sprint at a top speed of about 40 miles per hour.

Superhuman Agility: She also possesses various other implants. Without these implants, she has the agility of an Olympic level gymnast. However, the implants augment her natural agility to levels that are beyond the capability and physical limits of the finest human athlete.

Retractable Claws: Eliene's hands contain mono molecular steel micro-filaments that form retractable claws at the tip of each finger when she flexes her fingers by triggering a magnetic surge which condenses the filaments into polarized talons. These claws are highly durable and razor sharp, allowing her to tear through most substances.

Retractable Cannon: Her most noticable augmentation is her left arm, which converts into a small-sized clockwork operated minigun at will.

Subdermal Armor: Essentially a technologically-advanced version of implanted body armor, this augmentation is able to reduce inflicted damage effects from blunt trauma, ballistic attacks, cutting, and/or slashing attacks.

Energy Cells: The energy converters implanted in her body gives users the ability to maximize the energy available for her enchancements. Employing processes similar to those whereby the human system converts organic nutrients from food into electrochemical energy, Energy Converter further adapts electrochemicals into mana, first creating discrete capacitors, and then charging those cells with mana.
